After meeting with Dr. Carter and Dr. Head at the board, we have had to make some small adjustments to our camp schedule..just to make it safer for everyone. Please read each document closely. I’m including a map, for a visual reference for the 2nd week of camp student drop off location.
It is extremely important that everyone follow the guidelines put in place, so we can hopefully have a marching season and a successful camp.
1. Masks are required. If you do not have one, we will have some available. Instrument players may pull them down when playing.
2. We MUST adhere to the Social Distancing guidelines …even on breaks.
3. Please bring enough water. Water fountains are turned off.
4. No one but camp staff will be allowed on campus – no Parents, siblings, or outside volunteers will be allowed on campus. This is in place to help limit possible exposure.
