IMG_2216Coach Fredrick Holland is a graduate of Pike County High School and a native of Brundidge. He was also a member of the first State Championship team in 1988. He also played in the Alabama vs. Mississippi All-Star game which began again in 1989. Upon graduating from high school, he attended Lurleen B. Wallace on a baseball scholarship. He then enrolled at Alabama State University, where he also excelled at baseball. He was a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference All-Conference team and most improved student athlete in 1993-1994. He received his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science from Alabama State University. He has been employed at Pike County High School as Alternative School Director, physical education teacher, head track coach, assistant basketball coach, head baseball coach and defensive coordinator on three State Championship teams. He currently serves as the Athletic Director, head football coach, and physical education teacher.
